  基于系统动力学的区域经济系统可持续发展模型研究

  摘要: 针对区域经济系统具有动态性、复杂性等特点,研究运用系统动力学方法,通过系统结构分析,将区域经济系统划分为4个子系统:经济子系统、人口子系统、资源子系统、环境子系统,并阐述了区域经济系统可持续发展因果反馈机制,各子系统的特点及变量选取。依托Vensim ple软件绘制因果关系反馈图和模型流图,构建了区域经济系统可持续发展系统动力学模型,为制定区域经济系统可持续发展战略提供理论基础和技术支持。

  Research on system dynamics model of regional economic system sustainable development

  Abstract: In view of the characteristic of the regional economic system with dynamic and complex, the research uses system dynamics method. The regional economic system is divided into four subsystems including economic subsystem, population subsystem, resource subsystem and environment subsystem through analysis of system structure. The research expounds the cause and effect feedback mechanism of sustainable development of regional economic system, the characteristics of each subsystem and the selection of variables. The paper draws causal feedback model diagram and flow chart relying on the Vensim ple software to construct the system of regional economy sustainable development based on system dynamics, providing theoretical guidance and technical support for the formulation of the strategy of sustainable development in regional economic system.

  区域循环经济指标体系的设置及评价方法研究

  摘要: 循环经济是实现可持续发展的一种最佳模式。在系统查阅国内外循环经济发展现状、循环经济指标体系研究进展的基础上,确立了区域循环经济指标体系的设置原则、思路及指标筛选方法,构建了由经济、社会、环境、生态、循环经济特征和管理组成的指标体系,确定了评价标准及评价模型——线性加权和法。将构建的指标体系应用于国内某园区,结果表明,该园区循环经济处于中等偏上发展水平,识别了影响园区持续发展的关键瓶颈问题,提出了建议和对策。

  Research on the design and evaluation method of

  the index system of regional circular economy

  Abstract: The circular economy is the best model to achieve the sustainable development.This paper put the design and evaluation method for the regional circular economic indicator system at emphasis, referring to the development and study actuality of the circular economic indicator system. The circular economy indicator system includes economy, society, environment, zoology, characters of circular economy and management. Then linearity-weighted-sum method was determined as the evaluating model. The idea and theory of the indicator set were used to identify questions in certain zone. And some countermeasures to guide the sustainable development were put forward.

  资源循环是再利用的灵魂——“3R”学习与探讨之二

  摘要: 再利用强调了物质层面的资源再生和循环利用,是解决原生资源匮乏和开辟新型工业道路有效的手段。不仅对于我国经济和社会可持续发展具有强大的推动作用,也对于资源国际大循环起到促进作用。再利用过程中需要在提高利用率和有效防治二次污染两方面下功夫,以实现变废为宝,降低乃至消除无价值废物的协同目标。

  Abstract: Reutilization, with an emphasis on resource regeneration and recycling, is an effective measure in solving the problem of paucity of primary resources and opening a new model of industrial road. It is also important to promote China's economic and social sustainable development, as well as international resources circulation. By improving the utilization rate and preventing the secondary pollution, the reutilization could attain the collaborative objects of changing waste into valuables, as well as reducing, even eliminating the worthless waste.

  特大城市生活垃圾分类的效益分析

  Benefit analysis of municipal solid waste in metropolis

  Abstract: Considering the major components of municipal solid waste, based on the rubbish disposing data in Beijing during 2011 to 2013, a benefit model of rubbish classification is established. By comparing two cases, "mixed collection+landfill" and "classification and collection+comprehensive treatment ", which can provide more clear, accurate information for decision maker.

  再制造企业经营管理差异性分析

  摘要: 再制造产业是国家战略性新兴产业的组成部分,是制造业与服务业融合度较高的产业。结合再制造产业特征,分析了再制造企业发展的着力点,提出了再制造企业经营管理的六条原则,并从再制造企业发展定位和趋势入手,提出销售的市场导向原则和维护员工的人本管理是再制造企业经营的核心要素,并做了相应阐述。

  Difference analysis of remanufacturing enterprise management

  Abstract: The remanufacturing industry is an integral part of the national strategic emerging industries, which is highly integrated by manufacturing and services. According to the characteristics of remanufacturing industry , this paper analyzed the development focus of the remanufacturing enterprises, and proposed six principles of remanufacturing management. Meanwhile, from the orientation and trend of remanufacturing enterprise development, it proposed that the market-oriented principles for sales and humanistic management were the cores of the remanufacturing management.

  Dismantling mode and application of end-of-life vehicles

  工业尾气中二氧化碳的综合利用进展与案例分析

  摘要: 介绍了近年来工业尾气中二氧化碳综合利用进展与现状。目前二氧化碳利用主要集中在物理应用领域,工业应用作为二氧化碳减排不容忽视的途径探索,正越来越多地受到国内外企业和研究院校的关注,诸多应用新技术取得新突破。在此基础上,以新疆天业(集团)有限公司为例,阐述了其围绕循环经济产业链在二氧化碳绿色资源化利用方面的工作进展。

  The progress and case analysis of comprehensive utilization

  of carbon dioxide

  Abstract: The development and progress of comprehensive utilization of carbon dioxide in industrial off-gases was introduced. Carbon dioxide was mostly used in physical application field currently. But industrial application as a way of carbon dioxide emission reduction was being studied, which more and more enterprises and scientific research institutes abroad and home focused on. The breakthrough of varieties of techniques provided new ideas for carbon dioxide emission reduction in domestic companies. On the basis, The progress of green resourceful utilization of carbon dioxide was introduced, which was a part of Xinjiang Tianye ICCE.

  污泥深度脱水干化/焚烧技术分析及其经济性评估

  摘要: 全面分析了我国污泥的产生现状,对比分析了目前主要的污泥干化处理处置技术。污泥干化处理技术能够有效对污泥进行深度脱水,并且不改变污泥热值,是一种具有前景的污泥处理工艺。详细介绍了该技术的收集、预处理、深度干化及返混、焚烧发电等步骤,分析了其主要污染物及控制技术。借助示范工程实例中污泥深度脱水干化/焚烧一体化技术工艺的运行状况,对污泥深度脱水干化/焚烧技术进行经济性评估。

  Technical analysis and economic evaluation of sludge deep dehydration drying and incineration

  Abstract: The present situation of sludge production in China was analyzed, and the main treatment technology of sludge drying was compared and analyzed. Sludge drying technology can effectively carry out the depth of the sludge dewatering, and did not change the calorific value of the sludge, which is a promising treatment technology. In this paper, the process of collection, pretreatment, deep drying, back mixing and incineration power generation were introduced in detail, and the main pollutants and control technologies were analyzed. By means of the operation status of the integrated technology of sludge depth dehydration drying and incineration in the example of demonstration project, the economic evaluation of sludge depth dehydration drying and incineration technology was carried out.

  利用粉煤灰生产耐火材料

  摘要: 粉煤灰是火力发电厂锅炉排出的废弃物,其化学矿物成分主要是SiO2-AI2O3系的莫来石和玻璃物质,用它可制备体积密度0.75 g/cm3,1.0 g/cm3和1.3 g/cm3的轻质保温耐火材料及轻质陶粒,利用从中分选出的漂珠可生产体积密度0.3~0.9 g/cm3的轻质砖及浇注料,这些隔热保温材料用于工业炉窑,节约能源;还可利用粉煤灰合成堇青石、莫来石、Sialon、锆-莫来石、尖晶石-莫来石复相材料等;特别是近来研究出高铝粉煤灰,不添加高铝矿物,经碱液预脱硅、酸液除杂活化处理烧结得到莫来石,以及采用预脱硅-低钙烧结法制备氧化铝,同时联产活性硅酸钙技术成功应用于生产,粉煤灰的工业利用将有巨大前景,不但满足耐火材料,还节能减排。

  Production of refractory materials with fly ash

  Abstract: Fly ash is the waste discharged from the boiler thermal power plant,its chemical mineral composition

  is mAlnly mullite and glass material SiO2-Al2O3 system, which can be used for preparing volume density 0.75 g / cm3,

  1.0 g / cm3 and 1.3 g / cm3 lightweight and lightweight ceramic refractory insulation. Floating beads which sorted can produce the bulk density of 0.3 ~ 0.9 g / cm3 light brick and castable. These insulation materials for industrial furnaces can save energy, and can also use fly ash to synthesize cordierite, mullite, Sialon, zirconia - mullite, spinel - mullite composite materials. Especially recently fly ash which is developed and do not add high-alumina minerals, the pre-desilication lye, acid impurity activation sintered mullite, and the use of pre-desilication-preparation of calcium alumina sintering method, cogeneration active calcium silicate technology successfully used in production. Industrial utilization of fly ash will have great prospects, not only to meet refractories, but also save energy.

  The study of improving efficiency and saving energy

  by application of high frequency power supply

  Abstract: On the base of the transform about unit 2 ESP of one power plant in Jilin province, from the high frequency power supply to high voltage power supply, and by analyzing and contrasting the before-and-after changes on the data of the energy consumption and the opacity of the entrance of ESP, we can explore the feasibility of improving efficiency and saving energy for high frequency power supply through energy management software.
